Nutcracker

Yesterday I took the opportunity to see the Nutcracker for the first time. Growing up in Washington Ballet School my friend of course was appalled that I hadn't been before. We saw the matinee yesterday and had a lovely time.

The dancing, customs, and sets were simply incredible. I'm also a sucker for old theatres and chandeliers. I love how many kids there were in the ballet, including my friend's niece. It is certainly something I will take my children to see in time.

Your friend is thrilled to be the one to accompany you to your first Nutcracker and delighted to have another audience member to cheer on her niece.
