I Pledge

After an historic day celebrating in our nation's capital I'm still struck by the power this moment has had on our country.  I'm not the only one that feels more patriotic than ever before in my life.  I just watched this great video clip called I Pledge and wept once more.

I pledge to volunteer more of my time.  To stand up for what I believe in.  To support our President in the challenges that lay before us.  To give back to my nation.  To cook whole foods more often.  To start with myself.  To fix my leaky toilet.  To tell others what they mean to me.  To share my smile with others.  To do what I know is right.  To be grateful for all that I have and all that I am.  To inspire others.
